14 June 2017:     acceptance notification
10-14 July 2017:  poster presentation at DSM-TP
All posters will be reviewed for acceptance by a program committee consisting of the summer school lecturers. If your submitted poster is accepted, you engage yourself in printing the poster and presenting it at DSM-TP.

Content & Format

If you would like to present a poster, you should submit a poster paper that must include the following information:
  • Title
  • Author and affiliation
  • Motivation and goals
  • Background information, if needed to understand the work
  • Adequate detail on the proposed approach, results, and contributions
  • Related work
  • Links to additional information (e.g., project website, contact information, citations to publications)

Each poster paper should be at most 4 pages formatted according to the Springer LNCS style.

An additional page should be submitted at the end of the extended abstract that contains a draft of the actual poster (this last page will not be published, but used for review purposes). The article from ACM Crossroads on Research Posters provides excellent tips about how to prepare successful posters.

Please submit your poster paper electronically in PDF format by sending an email to the organizer.

Accepted submissions will be published in CEUR-WS.org. Details will be communicated to the authors of accepted posters at the time of notification.
