Become a sponsor of DSM-TP 2017 and expose your organization, company, product or service to all attendents who are interested in Domain-Specific Modeling.

The following describes available DSM-TP 2017 sponsorship opportunities. DSM-TP is the unique summer school on domain-specific modeling. This year, for the first, it is moving to north-america to reach a wider audience. We expect around 40 attendees this year with a mix from universities and industry all around the world.

To become a sponsor or simply ask any question about our sponsorship opportunities please send an email to the organizer Eugene Syriani. In your request please indicate:

  1. The sponsorship level you are interested in (see below)
  2. An overview of what you wish to promote at the event (e.g. tool, service, organization membership, book etc.)

All prices listed below are in Canadian Dollars; please be aware of exchange rate fluctuations.

Bronze Sponsor Level: $ 500 CAD

The Bronze Package includes the following:

  • Clickable logo on the sponsor page of the website

Silver Sponsor Level: $ 1,000 CAD

The Silver Package includes all of the above, plus the following:

  • Clickable logo on all pages of the website
  • Logo on the publicity materials (or name when material does not support images)

Gold Sponsor Level: $ 2,000 CAD

The Gold Package includes all of the above, plus the following:

  • Announced as official sponsor of DSM-TP in all publicity material
  • Wide option of promotional materials (flyers, brochures, pens, lanyards, scratchpads provided by the sponsor) in the attendee package
  • Booth during lunch and coffee breaks
  • One free registration

Social Event Sponsor: cost of event

We offer the possibility for an organization to sponsor any of our social events (welcome reception and school dinner). The sponsor would cover the complete cost of the event, estimated at around $ 2,000 CAD. The Social Event Package includes the Silver Package, plus the following:

  • The social event will be named after the sponsor on the website and all publicity material
  • Agreement on how promotional material will be setup during the event (e.g., booth, introductory speach, rewards)
  • One free registration
Disclaimer
  • Sponsorship funds will in part be used to reduce costs of participation at the event by attendees, and in part to enhance services and quality of events. Use of funds will be at the discretion of organizers.
  • Competitors may be present as sponsors or as presenters at various sessions.
  • The organizers reserve the right to limit sponsorship to sponsors relevant to the objectives of the event.
  • Sponsors will be asked to sign a formal agreement outlining the responsibilities of each party.
  • Sponsors are asked to participate in helping promote the event.
  • Other sponsors may have negotiated different arrangements than those indicated in this page.
  • In the case of a force majeur cancellation of part or all of the event, or other difficulties such as travel restrictions caused by world events, priority will be given to refunding attendees fees (in whole or in part as possible). Refunding of sponsorships would only occur to the extent that there are funds available after other expenses and contractual obligations are covered. Sponsors would remain listed on the website.
